Who I am
The connection with the client and working with what the client brings and needs that day as well as in the longer term is why I get so much joy from this work. I am always fascinated by the body’s own intelligence and the way that all I need to do is listen and the body will tell me where to go next with the massage.
Within a couple of sessions of experiencing biodynamic massage, I could feel things within me shifting which ultimately became life changing. Meanwhile, every day I was seeing more and more people with physiological or emotional symptoms (sometimes both) which were proving troubling to navigate and heal. As I learned more about biodynamic massage, I felt I had to share it with others to help them with their path, whether that’s working with psycho-physiological or stress related symptoms, or just feeling ‘a bit under the weather’ or ‘off balance’.
I am currently training as a body psychotherapist at the Cambridge Body Psychotherapy Centre and work within the education sector.
